Commercial or education construction projects can be complex, fast-paced and unique, involving diverse stakeholders, with varying priorities and goals.  At Innova we understand the challenges you face and our collaborative approach starts from initial planning and extends through to design, manufacture, delivery and install.

Our aim is to value-engineer each project, providing the best solution at the right price whether working with you, directly via an architect, contractor or consultant. We fully engage with all stakeholders at every stage to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full. With an in-house design and contracts team, we are used to flexible site working and the demands of client and contractor groups.

At the consultation stage you can also decide whether to choose a furniture only installation or a full turnkey service.  This includes design, manufacture, minor building works, M&E, gas and plumbing works, suspended ceilings, flooring, decoration and Furniture Install.

Architect & contractor led design & build projects

For projects where an architect or main contractor are overseeing the work, Innova’s site supervisor will report directly to the site manager and follow their on-site procedures for the furniture Install.  To achieve optimal results our preference is to ensure first fix services, flooring, lighting, and decoration are completed prior to the furniture installation.
Throughout the project, we conduct regular site visits and diligently maintain records, to sustain our high standards of workmanship and ensure a successful project completion.

Innova led design & build projects: From inception to completion

Over the years we have successfully completed many integrated design and build projects by transitioning between the roles of designer and contractor. This approach strategically aligns project phases, optimising delivery and communication, risk management and cost effectiveness. CDM regulations 2015/principal designer/contractor

When we act as both Principal Designer and Principal Contractor during a project, we will ensure that we meet all requirements under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. This includes planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating health and safety during both the pre-construction phase and the construction phase.
Health and Safety is part of our DNA, and we proactively monitor and oversee all aspects of construction work on-site, ensuring the highest safety standards upheld across all projects.
