Our on-site manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing activities, ensuring strict adherence to our established policies and procedures, while maintaining a safe environment. From orchestrating appropriate site set up, managing facilities, implementing security measures and conducting thorough team inductions, ultimately leading to the successful delivery of projects.

Site set up
We meticulously plan and resource the set-up of our construction sites, regardless of their size or scale. Our priority is to ensure that each site provides a safe and secure environment for our site team, visitors and the general public.

The Site Manager maintains the project site file, including Construction Phase Plan and RAMS, final designs, M&E drawings and all associated Health and Safety documentation.
The final RAMS are signed off by the team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the required work. On site emergency procedures are also reviewed with the site manager to promote safe working practices.
On-going project management
Our contract and project managers conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and adherence to the planned timelines. At Innova we prioritise flexibility, allowing us to swiftly adapt to on-site issues. This enables us to efficiently address changes and proactively mitigate risks. Any alterations are promptly communicated to both our head office and client. Following approval we take the necessary actions to implement these modifications. Our transparent and efficient communication guarantees that all parties involved are well-informed, facilitating a smooth and successful project execution.
All site files are maintained with up-to-date information and our site staff are readily available to answer queries and resolve any issues that may arise. We aim to minimise disruptions, which is why our team adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and noise control. We build and store your furniture at our factory to reduce on-site time. Additionally installations can be scheduled outside of school term or working hours for added convenience.
As the project nears completion, we provide the relevant O&M documentation to your building manager. Additionally, we conduct a thorough review of our work to address any snags or issues. Sites will be left clean and ready for use.
