Following your initial enquiry, a member of our sales team will contact you to discuss your project further and address any initial queries you may have. Subsequently if applicable we will schedule a FREE no obligation site survey at your convenience to assess the project thoroughly.
During the initial meeting, we will discuss your specific requirements, take your detailed brief, conduct a survey of the space, capture photos and all essentail details and provide a comprehensive overview to our design team for the project.
In our experience working collaboratively and involving key stakeholders during the design planning phase will help to minimise potential risks and costs associated with the project, ensuring a more successful and efficient outcome.

At the consultation stage, you also have the flexibility to opt for a furniture only installation or a comprehensive turnkey solution. This can include minor building works, M&E, HVAC, gas and plumbing works suspended ceilings, flooring, decoration and more….
Additionally we offer expert guidance on specialist products including fume cupboards, AV equipment, Hobs & appliances, seating solutions and beyond.
Innova’s turnkey service, commences with the initial briefing, followed by a survey conducted by our team of experts, serving as the foundation for in-depth discussions. Once the valuable insights have been gathered from the survey, we collaborate closely to advance to the design phase and subsequently a comprehensive detailed quotation.
Interior design & build projects– RIBA stages 1 to 3
For Design & Build projects -where building plans or architectural drawings are readily available, our design team can use CAD files to progress the design phase.
When collaborating with Architects and Contractors on Design and Build Projects, we would encourage early engagement to inform and shape the brief (Riba Stage 1). By getting involved during RIBA Stage 1, we can provide greater added value and positively influence the project outcome.
