Worktops tailored to incorporate specific features.

Leveraging our cutting-edge manufacturing facility allows us to customise products, for specific functions. For instance, in laboratory or food room, worktops can be designed with water taps, gas taps, built in sinks or hobs to enhance functionality and efficiency.

Workspaces with integrated cable management and built-in power outlets, offer a clutter-free organised environment. Adjustable height worktops provide ergonomic flexibility allowing users to switch between seating and standing positions for increased comfort.

Additionally, safety features, such as raised marine edging to prevent spills and accidents, integrated eye wash stations, extractions grills ensure a safer working environment. These tailored solutions help our customers create more efficient and safe workspaces that meet their specific needs.

Cutting

Our in-house manufacturing capability enables us to cut raw materials into precisely tailored pieces, guided by the project’s digital files. These pieces are then edged and machined using our advanced CNC systems.

Edge Profiles

TRESPA® worktops are manufactured with 2 mm chamfered and polished edges as standard. Velstone® surfaces are designed with a 6 mm radius on both the top and bottom edges. Laminates are fabricated with 2 mm ABS edging on the front and 0.8 mm edging at the joints. Solid wood surfaces are edge-milled to provide a refined finish that enhances durability and longevity.

Installation

All panels are delivered to the site and installed using a combination of worktop connecting bolts and adhesive.  During installation the bolts are inserted into pre-drilled holes and the nuts tightened, drawing the two worktop panels tightly together.  The adhesive ensures a strong bond between the panels for additional stability. This method ensures a seamless and durable connection between panels, resulting in a robust cohesive work surface.
