The company is dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Their industry-leading brands are backed by a state-of-the-art Welding Training and Demonstration Centre, as well as a comprehensive Marketing Services facility.
Wilkinson star’s commitment to product innovation and development is driven by its extensive technical expertise, centralised in its Technical Support Centre. This capability was further strengthened in 2015 with the establishment of the Inverter Technology Centre in Manchester.

The brief
In 2021, as part of their ongoing development, Wilkinson Star initiated plans to transform an underutilised facility with parking into a state-of-the-art client showroom and meeting/office space. This new environment was designed to provide an ideal setting to showcase their brand proposition and enhance client engagement.
This innovative environment was designed to effectively showcase their brand proposition, inspire client engagement, and provide a multifunctional space for showcasing products and services, hosting meetings, and delivering valuable training.
The new space aimed to captivate and engage both existing and potential customers with a futuristic, experiential design that encouraged hands-on interaction and testing of products, creating a memorable “wow” factor.
Tailored to the client’s specific needs, the project incorporated significant new product development and contemporary materials. Bespoke furniture pieces, enhanced with inset LED lighting to add a dynamic, modern touch and elevate the overall aesthetics of the interior.
The 21st century showroom and office space will support Wilkinson Star to inform and inspire their clients for years to come!
The solution
Innova transformed the existing facility with the addition of a glazed meeting space, into state-of-the-art futuristic showroom hub, including electrics, lighting, plumbing, flooring, bespoke fitted furniture throughout and decoration.
The new showroom now features:

Bespoke MDF circular pods and rafters laminated in perfect matt Dust Grey, integrated LED lights with solid surface mink worktops to showcase their products

Perimeter durable MDF laminate benching, with integrated lights and solid surface mink worktops

Rust effect lasered and painted LED light panels

The glazed office space incorporates a dust-grey paneled feature wall, an elegant scape-panelled ceiling, bespoke upholstered seating, and a thoughtfully designed breakout area, combining functionality with innovation.
