FAQs
Welcome to Innova Design Group most common Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). To find the answer simply click the question.
Innova’s process starts on site with a site survey and discussion regarding your brief. We create design options, both in 2D and also 3D and calculate guide pricing to accompany the designs. At this stage aesthetics / colours are also discussed. If given the go ahead, the next stage is the development of the preferred design, decisions on colour and production drawings. Before we start on site a second more detailed site survey is conducted and all necessary H & S documents are compiled. We then move to site make safe, rip out/ removals and commence the installation.
Innova can provide a furniture only option or a full turnkey solution where required. The full turnkey or fit-out option ensures you have one point of contact to manage the refurbishment from make safe and rip out through to installation and a sparkle clean. This includes any minor building works, electrics, gas, plumbing, lighting, suspended ceilings and flooring. We ensure a stress free option for your project.
Innova’s teacher walls are designed to fit your space. Our teacher walls are made to measure and to fit the space available as such the price varies as it is dependent upon the size of the wall and what kind of storage is required within the teacher wall. The teacher walls can vary from 3 metres to 9 metres. The teacher wall can include; tall storage, sliding write on white boards, base units, gratnells storage, filing, drawers, pin boards and lockable storage. An interactive TV or IWB can be supplied and installed by Innova as an extra or by others if you have existing suppliers.
You should consider; the number of students, whether a dry lab or full practical space, activities to be carried out in the space, number of gas taps and sinks and electrical points required and the type of storage.
Consider the number of students required within the space, what activities are to take place (for example practical and theory) number of ovens required and type (gas, electric, free standing, built in, induction hobs) white goods required (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, blast chiller) and the type of storage required.
