Project management & site survey

Innova’s nationwide project management team expertly co-ordinate laboratory projects.  Partnering with a specialist in lab furniture design and manufacture, who has a thorough understanding of the lab environment, guarantees a seamless experience from start to finish.
We involve our customers at every stage of their laboratory fit out or refurbishment. As your single point of contact, our project managers coordinate with architects, site managers, and subcontractors, keeping you updated throughout the installation. Innova’s approach emphasises transparency, budget efficiency and adherence to the product schedule.
Before starting any live project, we conduct a detailed site survey to capture the pre-contract information and health and safety assessments.  We then review the final designs, costs, and the health and safety details.  After client approval, we proceed to the pre-installation phase, appointing a skilled project team, to ensure successful execution.

At Innova our time-served furniture installation teams are chosen not only for their exceptional joinery skills but also for their dedication to customer satisfaction. They offer meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to adjust and refine our designs on-site to address any unforeseen challenges.
Our fitters undergo thorough DBS checks and hold up-to-date CSCS safety certifications, guaranteeing a secure and professional managed work environment.
We aim to prevent return snagging visits by quickly addressing issues. If a component needs replacing, our site managers promptly contact our head office to arrange for a new part. We then ensure it is fitted correctly, leveraging our in-house production capabilities.
As the project nears completion, we provide the necessary O&M information and conduct a thorough review of our work to ensure it meets client objectives and gains project approval.
