The perimeter arrangement is a widely adopted design in schools, aiming to maximise flexibility in the delivery of practical and theory lessons. This layout works great for schools who want to maximise the free area for flexible teaching.
Sightlines from the student cooking area to the demonstration area/whiteboard are all essentially the same and with no back-to back circulation issues this design can enhance student concentration.
